Alexandra is here to support your journey to healing, wellness and growth. She has 10+ years of experience in the area of reproductive mental health, specifically fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum challenges, as well as a lengthy list of specialized training.

Alexandra has her own experience of pregnancy loss, fertility challenges and treatments, as well as becoming a mother. These experiences, combined with years of helping women and couples through challenging times, will help make your journey feel a little less lonely.

With Alexandra, you can expect a warm, down-to-earth, compassionate, and non-judgmental ally. She continues to be driven towards this meaningful work of helping people navigate the life-changing reproductive years, including trying to build a family and navigate the transition into parenthood.

Alexandra is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and has taken advanced training through Postpartum Support International and is well-recognized and respected in the field of perinatal mental health. Her aim is to empower her clients to discover their own ability to heal, and connect with their inner wisdom.
